I can not imagine any cooler lifestyle than being filthy rich and living in Palm Springs in the late 50s early 60s. Nothing. There is not a thing cooler. Not even Beverly Hills, with its "swimmin' pools" and "movie stars"can top living out in the desert with Frank, Dina Shore, Bing & Bob, Liberace, etc.

Today we focus on Lucy & Desi's house in the desert. Designed by Paul Williams, and moved into in , this ranch house has square feet and 6 bedrooms.

I don't need to provide any commentary, these cool old houses speak for themselves. I'll caption each picture and stay out of the way. Enjoy.

Front entry. Frank has the same big flagstones around his pool.

What would living in the desert without water be like? Dry!

I'll bet this is beautiful in person. Redwood, stone, all that natural stuff.

Cool iron shelving. Looks like multi-tiered planters.
